DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

Snazzy Shop is an online shop only. We attend a number of events throughout the North Island of NZ so check our calendar (in Quick Links at bottom of page) for an event near you.

If you live or are visiting Tauranga, Mt Maunganui or Papamoa and would like to view some of the products in person, Lisa is happy to arrange an appointment to meet you at place of your choice.  Just email sales@snazzyshop.co.nz to arrange a date/time that suits you best.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment will be in NZD and can be made by a number of different methods including the following either through Express Checkout or by completing the shipping details and then into the Payment section. 

 

Other methods of payment include:

Paypal. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.

Afterpay. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to Afterpay to complete your purchase securely.

Bank Deposit.  After clicking "Complete order" you will then receive an email with the bank account details to make the payment.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

New Zealand

All orders over $100.00 within NZ will receive FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $100 will be charged $5.00 once you have completed your order.

You will be emailed a confirmation of your order upon completion and also a courier tracking reference when your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped via courier. Please allow 2-3 working days from receipt of your payment for goods to be delivered to your door (times may vary depending on your location or time of year). Due to Covid restrictions, some areas are experiencing delays to their deliveries. 

We do not charge extra for Rural deliveries.

Australia

All orders shipped to Australia will be done by Standard Australian airmail. All orders under $100.00 will be charged $25.00 shipping.  All orders over $100.00 will be charged $45.00 NZD.

Unfortunately, at this time an estimation of delivery times can't be provided.  Please note, that Standard Australian shipping doesn't include a tracking reference.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

International orders will incur delivery charges and the recipient will also be responsible for any duty, taxes and import charges.

Damaged Items

If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us and we will arrange for them to be returned to us. We will happily replace them.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Snazzy Shop will happily replace your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. Just make sure the product is returned in its original unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

Goods are returned to Snazzy Shop at your expense, however if the product is deemed to be faulty we will credit or refund the return postage cost. Please note we are happy to exchange sale goods but postage will have to be paid both ways by the customer. If you have any further questions regarding refunds please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss any issues.

WHO IS ESPE?

Espe is a Canadian family owned business located in Toronto, Ontario that has been operating for almost 20 years.  Espe prides itself on providing quality vegan products to a large number of North American cities and European countries. These unique Canadian designed handbags, wallets and phone pouches are exclusive to Snazzy Shop NZ.

WHAT IS VEGAN LEATHER?

Vegan Leather (aka Polyurethane) is a man-made leather and not animal skin. Vegan Leather is becoming a popular choice of material to use for many fashion designers including Stella McCartney and Trelise Cooper.

There are many advantages to vegan leather including...

  • it is waterproof
  • doesn't need conditioning (like animal skin leather) to keep it moisturised
  • easier to clean as you only need a damp cloth or a little mild detergent to wipe it clean
  • doesn't crack or peel 
  • soft & durable (looks and feels like real leather!)
  • can have unique designs created in it
